Construction sites must be managed in a closed manner according to the "Standards for the Appearance and Hygiene of Construction Sites," and the height of the fencing must not be less than 1.8 meters. The fencing should preferably be light blue, gray, or white, free from pollution and paint peeling. The construction company logo and project name may be painted on the fencing in light blue, gray, or white paint. The standard for the construction company logo and project name is: "Company X undertakes the X project," in Fangsong font, with a font size of 0.6 meters x 0.8 meters (width x height), and the bottom edge of the font 0.6-0.8 meters from the ground. The font must be correct, standardized, neat, and aesthetically pleasing. The fencing must not be used for retaining soil or bearing weight, and materials must not be piled up against it. Temporary sheds, canteens, and toilets must not be set up on the fencing.
The general contractor is responsible for the unified setup and management of the construction site fencing. For sites where construction has not yet begun, the construction unit is responsible. The fencing management unit should maintain and clean the fencing, ensuring it is clean and free from unauthorized postings, graffiti, or carvings. Slogans and promotional materials displayed above construction site fences must be displayed in accordance with the scope, location, quantity, specifications, content, and duration approved by the municipal administration department. Outdoor advertising on construction site fences is prohibited. Construction sites that fail to comply with fence requirements will be penalized by the municipal and district urban management law enforcement departments; the municipal and district construction commissions will order rectification or work stoppage within a specified period. Failure to rectify within the specified period will result in the case being transferred to the municipal and district urban management law enforcement departments for further handling.
