The core production process includes three stages:
1. Material pretreatment: Metal sheets need to be degreased, cleaned and phosphated, and polymer materials are shaped by injection molding machine
2. Surface processing: Anti-corrosion coating is achieved by electrostatic spraying technology, and some products are enhanced by embossing process
3. Component forming: Edge reinforcement bending is completed by CNC bending machine, and standardized buckle structure is reserved at the connection part
The fence products have the following technical characteristics:
Flame retardant performance: Metal substrate fence can withstand 800℃ high temperature for 1 hour without burning [1], PVC material has passed UL94 V-0 fire protection certification
Environmental resistance: The surface coating can resist acid and alkali corrosion with pH value of 3-11 and adapt to temperature difference changes from -20℃ to 60℃
Structural strength: The wind pressure resistance of standard products reaches 0.5kN/m², and the reinforced type can reach 0.8kN/m²
